Phonak describes Infinio Ultra hearing aids as adaptive, connected, easy and clear. The platform uses the latest AutoSense OS™ 7.0 automatic system and AI-based sound processing to adapt more precisely to changing listening situations, while offering universal Bluetooth® connectivity and easier maintenance with new EasyGuard™ domes.

The Audéo Infinio Ultra R is the all-round Infinio RIC model. It is fully rechargeable, AI-powered and designed to deliver the best sound for you at any time of day.

Designed to deliver exceptional sound quality and listening comfort from the first use.

What is the difference between Infinio Ultra R and Infinio Ultra Sphere?

Both are rechargeable receiver-in-canal (RIC) hearing aids on the Infinio platform. Ultra R is the all-round model focused on flexible, adaptive everyday hearing. Ultra Sphere adds a dedicated AI chip (DEEPSONIC) and Spheric Speech Clarity features specifically targeted at hearing speech better in complex noise.

 
Is Virto Infinio as powerful as the RIC models?

Virto Infinio uses the same Infinio platform and SmartSpeech technology but in a custom in-the-ear shell. Its suitability depends on your ear shape, degree of hearing loss and whether you need features such as directional microphones or Bluetooth connectivity, which may vary by Virto model. We will explain these differences during your fitting. 

How long do Phonak Infinio hearing aid batteries last?

Battery life depends on the exact model, streaming usage and settings. Phonak materials suggest up to around 31 hours for some Infinio Ultra R fittings and up to about 56 hours for certain Sphere configurations under test conditions, while custom Virto R Infinio has been quoted at up to about 30 hours. Real-life usage may be lower and will vary by person.
