Faith Hearing was founded on the belief that hearing care should be led by clinical expertise, not retail sales. Our audiologists manage complex hearing conditions including cochlear implant rehabilitation, auditory neuropathy, severe tinnitus, hyperacusis, and post-meningitis hearing loss.
We work closely with implant centres and ENT specialists to support patients before and after cochlear implantation. Our experience includes mapping, auditory rehabilitation, and long-term implant care for both adults and children.
Hearing loss in children requires careful, family-centred management. We work closely with parents to support early listening development and provide guidance on hearing technology, therapy pathways, and long-term communication outcomes.
Every patient is assigned one dedicated audiologist throughout their hearing journey. This allows us to understand each patient’s hearing history and develop a personalized treatment plan that evolves over time.
Tinnitus and sound sensitivity require structured care. Our clinic provides evidence-based tinnitus and hyperacusis management using sound therapy, counselling, and auditory desensitisation strategies.
We maintain partnerships with both government and private hospitals, allowing our patients access to ENT surgeons and multidisciplinary care when needed.
Our primary mission is to provide effective hearing solutions to hearing loss and tinnitus individuals with the best medical expertise and hearing aid technology. We believe the best hearing outcomes are only achieved when an individual is given dignity, respect and is empowered to make decisions about his or her own health.
We provide unrushed consultation sessions and ample time for each patient to address all concerns as we guide them through the treatment options available.
We designate one audiologist to each patient for personalized care. This ensures continuity of care and the development of an effective personalized treatment plan. We also believe a familiar face increases patient comfort and satisfaction.
We specialise in family-oriented consultations. We recognise the importance of family support and encourage their involvement in our patients’ decision-making and treatment process.
We have partnerships with both government and private hospitals. Patients of all backgrounds and requirements have immediate access to a network of medical professionals.
We have a proven track record for tinnitus and hyperacusis. Our expertise and customized therapy programs allow us to effectively reduce tinnitus and hyperacusis over time.

Our hearing aids and equipment are telemedicine- enabled allowing patient access to our care no matter where they are in the world.

We are members of the Singapore Audiology Professionals Society and British Audiology Association.

We only use hearing aids supplied by reputable manufacturers that are approved by HSA, FDA and bear the CE mark.

We are always upgrading ourselves, so our patients get the best and most up-to-date treatment.

We are independently owned and unaffiliated to any hearing aid brand or hospital.

Emergency mobile hotline allows 24/7 care.
Specialist Audiologist, MSc Audiology (UK)
Chermaine Teo is a specialist audiologist with advanced training in cochlear implants and complex hearing disorders. She graduated with a Master of Audiology from the University of Southampton in the United Kingdom, where she developed a clinical focus on auditory implants and severe hearing loss.
Following her training, Chermaine worked with the Southampton Auditory Implant Centre before returning to Singapore. Over the years, her clinical work has involved managing complex cases including cochlear implant rehabilitation, severe tinnitus, auditory neuropathy spectrum disorder, meningitis-related hearing loss, and long-term post-lingual hearing loss.
She has particular experience working with patients whose hearing difficulties remain unresolved despite conventional hearing aids, and is often consulted for complex hearing cases and second opinions.
In 2026, she was the audiologist involved in fitting a cochlear implant for a six-month-old infant — among the youngest cochlear implant recipients reported in Southeast Asia.
Chermaine currently serves as a visiting consultant to hearing care centres and private hospitals across Asia. Her clinical philosophy is simple: hearing care should combine careful diagnostics, evidence-based treatment, and a deep respect for each patient’s individual journey with hearing loss.
